What is an eLC?
An eLearning Center consist of 6 to 10 computers, a server and a printer. It is located at a church who has agreed to partner with us and is committed to using their eLC to build the Lord’s Kingdom.
Some of the specific uses of the eLearning Centers are:
- to offer Distance Learning Courses through local Bible schools to those who would otherwise not have access to college level, theological training from a Bible school
- to offer outreach-based programs which provide free typing, computer software training and other programs to people in the community
- to provide access to computer-based learning opportunities for pastors, church leaders, and adult believers
- to provide a place for pastors, church leaders, and Sunday School teachers to prepare lessons and sermons
- to offer Christian resources, such as videos, games, and activities for children and youth in a safe place
Ultimately, the primary purpose of these eLearning Centers is to provide a place where those who know the Lord can grow and be discipled and where those who do not yet know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, can find Him and experience His gift of eternal love and forgiveness.
How can you and your church get involved?
Currently, we need teams from North America to come to Ukraine to install eLearning Centers at Ukrainian churches and conduct computer training outreach classes for the community!
